Sweets & Meats BBQ partnered with the Ohio Restaurant & Hospitality Alliance today to conduct mock interviews at the Lebanon County Correctional Facility. The Lebanon Correctional Facility offers an outstanding culinary program, where inmates can earn their ServSafe certification and gain valuable hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. We focused on helping individuals gain confidence in sharing their background and guided them through answering interview questions with success. Our goal was to provide them with tools for a smoother reentry into the workforce. This year we had an opportunity to fly to New York and work with their professionals to have our entire website redesigned, to help promote our EXPANSION from a food truck 🚍to a brick-and-mortar restaurant.🏢 We loved working with them!!
