We’re thrilled to announce the successful grand opening of the 2.5-acre park at 900 Innes, a landmark achievement in revitalizing the India Basin area! This project is a testament to our commitment to creating meaningful, equitable spaces for historically underserved communities. The opening featured new recreational facilities, including the historic Shipwright’s Cottage, a Food Pavilion, and stunning waterfront amenities like piers and a floating dock.
