Today, the fractional model is reshaping the startup landscape, giving founders access to top-tier talent without the overhead of full-time execs. When I started building the Swippitt team a few years ago, I was introduced to fractional leadership. I didn’t have to think about it for too long. Since our launch at CES, we’re incredibly grateful for the overwhelming excitement, support, and feedback we’ve received.
