Never mix investor funds with personal accounts! Doing so can lead to serious legal consequences, including jail time. Always ensure your investors have reviewed the proper offering documents before collecting any money. #RealEstate #Investing #LegalTips #SecuritiesCompliance

More Than a Law Firm - We provide the tools entrepreneurs need to build investor relationships and fund their deals.
About us
We are NOT your stereotypical law firm. At Syndication Attorneys, PLLC, we are committed to your success – not just with the project at hand, but your continuing success in business and investing. We are your long-term syndication legal team. This is the vision upon which our Florida-based firm was founded. Our team assists small business owners/developers in structuring their investment opportunities to attract private investors, we draft the required legal documents and professional marketing materials, and we advise our clients on how to use securities laws to confidently raise the funds they need to achieve their business goals, either through their own network of family and friends or through crowdfunding. Our firm sets up Private Securities offerings but we don’t stop there. Additionally, we have relationships with a host of other service providers – including crowdfunding platforms, fund administrators, self-directed IRA companies, web designers, marketing specialists and others. We believe in educating our clients through presentations and training for groups both large and small, experienced or just beginning, and even one-on-one VIP training. Your understanding and mastery of the syndication process will help you gain confidence so your fund-raising efforts can be less stressful and more successful. In whatever we do, Syndication Attorneys, PLLC is committed to your best interests. That’s what sets us apart and defines who we are.

💡 The amount you’re raising doesn’t define whether your deal is a joint venture or a security—the investor’s role does! If they’re actively involved, it’s a joint venture. If they’re relying on you for profit, it’s a security, and securities laws may apply even for amounts under $1 million. Make sure you understand the distinction! 👉 Schedule a FREE 30-minute “Discovery Call” to explore your options and learn how fiduciary duties impact your investments: https://hubs.ly/Q02L9kWM0 #RealEstate #Investing #Syndication #SecuritiesLaw
