Congratulations Domonic DeMascola is promotion to Technical Recruiter! “The upgraded Dom” managed to make 3 starts look easy while multitasking… multitasking with his witty and sometimes distressing humor. In an attempt to make it look even easier, Dom threw a 4th start on top of the 3 this week to make his transition to Technical Recruiter even smoother (Dom calls that a 4k). In all seriousness, Domonic is a prime example of how this challenging job can knock you down but also how someone can persevere as long as they put in 110% effort. He knows it only gets harder from here and we are all excited to see him take his momentum from climbing up the ranks of the Sourcing Specialist stats to climbing up the full recruiter statistics!
