No project or task is too big, too small, or too challenging for Sarah to jump in, take action, and drive it through to completion. Congratulations to Joseph DiMartino on his promotion to Staffing Coordinator! "Joey came from scraping by the skin of his teeth in Q2 to absolutely CRUSHING this quarter and was able to achieve the Staffing Coordinator promotion. I credit his success to his ability to always seek a better alternative – whether its asking for help or proposing new recruiting ideas/practices, I commend Joey’s accountability combined with his ability to notice a problem before it’s a problem. Although this is a big deal, if you ask Joey his thoughts on this he will shrug it off and tell you his eyes are on the prize ahead for the next promotion which we all know is coming soon. He knows it only gets harder from here (especially with competition catching up quickly behind him) so all the more reason to take a minute to celebrate and appreciate the amazingly hard work/high levels of effort that this guy has put into himself and this job.
