🌟 Team Member Spotlight: Dr. Candace Ferguson 🌟 Dr. Candace Ferguson, a Principal at Synergy Enterprises, Inc., recently served as a panelist at the Office of Child Care School-Age Child Care Institute 2024. Collaborating with the National Center on Afterschool and Summer Enrichment (NCASE), she discussed strategies to support and promote mental health in out-of-school time (OST) settings.    As the Project Director for the 21st CCLC National Technical Assistance Center (NTAC) grant from the U.S. Department of Education, Dr. Ferguson brings over 25 years of experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Her doctoral research at Baylor University focused on implementing trauma-informed approaches in alternative education settings. This research supports her ongoing commitment to equipping OST professionals with the tools and knowledge to create engaging, empowering programs. This dedication is evident in the outstanding work she and her team do for the 21st CCLC NTAC. Synergy Makes a Splash at the Children's Inn Summer Kick-Off! ☀️ At Synergy, we're passionate about giving back to our community, especially when it involves enriching the lives of children. Last week we were proud to sponsor The Children's Inn at NIH's Summer Kick-Off Party, a fun-filled event welcoming summer with a concert by Classical Hearts! Several #TeamSynergy members went the extra mile by volunteering their time to serve dinner at the event.
