Namaste Folks, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve started my co-op at Syntharos Technologies as an 𝗔𝗜/𝗠𝗟 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻! Stepping into this new role feels like the beginning of something truly transformative. This opportunity is more than a professional milestone—it’s a chance to work with an inspiring team and contribute to impactful projects in the Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning space. During my time here, I’ll be diving into 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀, 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗜/𝗠𝗟 𝗮𝗹𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗺𝘀, and 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 with talented professionals. What excites me the most is the exposure to 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 and the mentorship from 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀, which is already helping me grow into a more well-rounded professional. This journey wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support I’ve received along the way. I am deeply grateful to my co-op advisor, Smajl (Smile) Cengic, MM, GCWD, for his unwavering guidance, and to Teddy White, for this incredible opportunity to learn, contribute, and thrive in such a dynamic environment. As I reflect on this new beginning, one of the most important lessons I learned last year was that "𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗯𝘁". Carrying that with me into this year, my mantra is to "𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗸𝗲—𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲, 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱, 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘁".
