Today, we announced that the U.S. #FDA has granted Fast Track designation to SYNCAR-001 + STK-009, our CD19 #CART and orthogonal IL-2 investigational therapy, for the treatment of patients with severe, refractory systemic #lupus erythematosus (SLE), without the use of lymphodepletion.   Fast Track designation validates the urgent need for safer, more tailored therapies that offer the benefits of CAR-T without the added risks of #lymphodepletion. We’re highly encouraged by the FDA’s decision, which brings us one step closer to providing our novel treatment option to a broad SLE patient population.
