This month, we’re thrilled to shine a light on one of our outstanding team members, Eliza Webb. Recognized in our recent town hall meeting, Eliza has set an incredible benchmark this year as the queen of Self Gen Deals, hitting 19 deals already—and we’re only a little more halfway through the year! Read more to learn more about Eliza! 👇 Eliza joined our Seattle design team in Spring 2023, and her accomplishments with System Pavers have been nothing short of inspiring. Celebrating her success, Eliza shared her excitement: “It was thrilling! When I saw Syed’s [CEO] email, I did a double take; I read it aloud to my family, and the kids gave me some serious high fives!” For Webb, choosing a favorite project is nearly impossible. “I am really proud of all the projects, from reimagining the front entry of a home to designing a backyard oasis from scratch. What I am most proud of is that so many families in my neighborhood have trusted me with their outdoor expansions.” Driven by her passion, Eliza loves being a resource for people. “We get an opportunity to showcase all outdoor possibilities, from pergolas and fire pits to outdoor kitchens and entertaining areas. We help envision utilizing space in new creative ways, allowing for wonderful memories.” Before joining System Pavers, Eliza earned a degree in Sociology and Business Administration from Western Washington University. Her diverse career included roles in non-profit, sports, and travel and tourism, with her most recent position as a Senior Program Manager at Amazon. Family is central to her life. Eliza and her husband have two children, aged 9 and 5. Though hobbies have shifted to revolve around their kids’ activities, she fondly recalls her days as a historical bike tour guide in Paris. These days, family adventures often center on soccer, basketball, and baseball games. As a busy mom, one of her main hobbies is getting snacks for her two growing kids. Though Eliza spent her childhood in Southeast Asia and India, Seattle has always been home. “Seattle regularly impresses me with the mountain views and water access. I am a big fan of our seasons, even if they happen to come in the same week!” Her love for the city is evident, especially when enjoying the changing weather from her covered patio. Eliza’s dedication and passion are truly inspiring, driving the success and innovation at System Pavers. We’re excited to see what she accomplishes next and grateful for her exceptional contributions! 🌟

We recently held our mid-year marketing meeting at the office, bringing together our team from across the U.S. It was an incredible 3-day event where long-standing members finally had the chance to meet our recent new hires in person! The team spent time reconnecting, strategizing, catching up, and creating a unique vision board to inspire us to push past our 2024 goals. Excited for the second half of 2024 and continuing our mission to create beautiful, everlasting outdoor spaces for families and friends!

For this month's designer showcase series, we're excited to feature Bill Goff and the stunning outdoor transformation he helped create! Read more to get a closer look at Bill's design process: "This client had a problem with everyone always going up the far left staircase to her upper deck and knocking on her sliding glass door because they thought that was her front entrance. The problem was even worse at night as the only light you could see was on the upper deck. She wanted an obvious front entrance leading to her front door and to push the retaining walls closer to the house to get more driveway space. I showed her photos & drawings I had done of other projects with lights on the walls which we could use to illuminate a paver pathway to her new steps and then end at her actual front door. She loved the idea of lighting the pathway and is amazed how it all turned out." It's always incredible to watch the homeowner's vision come to life. Awesome job Bill!
