Suicide Prevention Organization was founded on the premise that if someone has made a decision to end their life, maybe they would be willing to TAKE 20 MINUTES MORE and invest in themselves. Invest in meditation, journaling, listening to music, looking at photographs, talking to someone, reaching out and recognizing that they are not broken, they are amongst the many of us who are all "mending" from what life has dished out. If they will TAKE 20 MINUTES for LIFE, maybe they will continue to live 20 MINUTES AT A TIME. We are all just passing through, but let's complete our journey.
