HR is too big of a function for one person to do. We design and drive your HR strategy and systems while serving as a trusted member of your team. We help you avoid talent mistakes and grow with less pain and more agility. Unlike outsourced HR or fractional HR consultants, we provide a team of HR professionals to help you with strategy and day to day operations. Our clients receive a VP of People and a People Ops Manager at the fraction of what it would cost to hire them full-time. We charge hourly and no retainer is required.

    Our employee spotlight this week is Laney Woolf 🤩 ⭐ ✨ Get to know Laney Woolf, SHRM-CP! She is one of our fabulous People Operations Managers at Talent to Team! Why do you love fractional HR? I love fractional HR because it allows me to thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. Working across different industries means I'm constantly tackling new challenges and gaining fresh experiences. One moment, I’m supporting a nonprofit, and the next, I’m helping a tech company innovate. That variety keeps me engaged and energized. But it’s not just the diversity of work I love; it’s the flexibility. Fractional HR gives me the freedom to live my life while delivering my best work. I can take a midday yoga class if I need a break, then return to my projects with renewed focus. This flexibility isn’t just a perk—it’s crucial for preventing burnout. In the past, I’ve been so ingrained in a single workplace that it was hard to separate work from everything else. Now, I have a healthier balance, which makes me more effective for my clients. What is your superpower in HR? My HR superpower is showing up authentically in every situation. I walk into each new challenge with a genuine approach, ready to listen, learn, and adapt. I believe that by being my true self—whether I’m guiding a new policy or helping a team member navigate a tricky situation—I create a space where others feel comfortable and valued. This authenticity allows me to build trust, foster open communication, and ultimately drive meaningful progress. What types of clients do you like to work with and why? I’ve genuinely enjoyed working with every client I’ve met because they each bring something unique to the table. But I’m especially drawn to clients who are eager to move their business forward, adopt new technologies, and enhance both the candidate and team member experience. There’s something incredibly satisfying about working with organizations open to growth and innovation. One client that stands out came to me and said, “HR is not my thing,” and I loved that honesty. Because HR is my thing! By being open and trusting, they allowed me to dive in, educate them, and guide the necessary changes. They gave me the freedom to do what I do best while I kept them informed along the way. Seeing their relief and the tangible impact of our work together was a moment of pride and a perfect example of why I love working with open-minded clients. #HR  #TalentToTeam  #PeopleOps  #HumanResources
