For 8 years, one of Shari’s goals has been to assist the workforce in obtaining skills through apprenticeship programs, which allows them to earn while they learn. She achieves this through TalentGro’s apprenticeship partnerships with client companies throughout the United States. Shari has also partnered with client companies to assist our military veterans in transitioning from military to civilian work opportunities. Lastly, she directly helps clients through Work Well, a not-for-profit organization that provides an Employee Assistance Program for registered client companies.
