Job Title: Marketplace Development Manager (Amazon & Marketplaces) Location: Remote (Pakistan) Schedule: Part-time or Full-time, Night Shift (6 PM to 3 AM PKT) Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced E-com Growth Expert to improve our stagnant sales on Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair. In this role, you will be responsible for creating the most effective marketing strategy for Commercial/Industrial Lighting products, optimize A-Z presence on these platforms, resolving product listing-related issues, manage inventory, provide customer service, and order management. Further, you will be expected to set-up accounts on BestBuy and Ebay, and manage listings within the first 6 months. Key Responsibilities: Amazon Optimization & Growth: Expertly analyse, create and optimise product listings (including A+ Content) for maximum visibility and conversion. Combine stand alone listings under single parent for multiple product categories. Create and execute high-performing PPC campaigns, focusing on maintaining a low cost per click (CPC) and high ROI. Utilize SEO and Amazon’s A10 algorithm to drive traffic and sales. Resolve account, listing, and price-related issues by contacting Amazon support on the same day. Improve brand reputation by getting positive reviews. Re-design and keep the Amazon Store updated with existing and new items. Manage product inventory regularly. Maintain account performance. Share weekly and monthly sales report with management that covers the organic sales, paid sales, advertisement cost, ROI. Marketplace Expansion: Research and identify new marketplace opportunities for commercial lighting products (eBay, BestBuy, Etsy, etc.). Develop and execute effective strategies specifically for B2B lighting fixtures to launch products on new platforms. Increase brand visibility and market share across multiple platforms. Inventory Management & Customer Service: Coordinate with the Warehouse team and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocks on all marketplace. Provide prompt and effective customer service for messages, returns, and disputes. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing on Amazon and Walmart at least. Expertise in Seller Central/Vendor Central, A9 and A10 algorithm, Brand Registry, A+ Content, and FBA. Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms (Wayfair, BestBuy, Etsy, etc.) is a plus. Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets). Excellent English communication skills.
