Yesterday I attended NextPath Career Partners x TROFEO "AI-Driven Business" panel discussion hosted by Tampa Bay Wave... . The panel conversation was facilitated by Marlee Strawn, Co-Founder of Scholar Education. Her thought provoking questions around the growth of AI, the impact AI will have on the job market, building AI ready teams, and implementing AI policies sparked great conversations amongst the panelist. . Stephanie Markese, Co-Founder of NextPath. Spoke about her thoughts on AI from a workforce point of view and provided insight into how her team is currently using AI to enhance their day to day productivity, and how companies can make sure they are staying ahead by hiring the right talent. . Greg Pierce, COO at TROFEO. Provided great data and insight from a consulting and technical point of view. As a Cloud innovation leader, Greg has seen the growth and innovation in the tech space first hand, with AI disrupting the industry like nothing has before. "AI will not slow down, but it also will not be unexciting"... I couldn't agree more. . Rob Petrosino, Head of Engineering PeakActivity and currently working as an AI advisor for the FBI. Rob's high level views on AI took up nearly half a page of my notebook lol. From his thoughts around Agents becoming more model focused instead of working in specific verticals, to his insight around insider threats being the biggest concerns (and most controllable) security concerns for companies using AI. . Events like these remind me how powerful collaboration can be. Excited to stay connected and continue learning!
