As Regional Property Manager, Naomi oversees a diverse portfolio of assets in Texas’s Seguin/San Antonio market as well as Tulsa, Oklahoma where she ensures operational excellence and maximizing resident satisfaction.   With a strong background in property management, Naomi has a proven track record of enhancing property performance through strategic planning, innovative marketing, and a focus on team development. We are pleased to announce the promotion of Jasmine Dowdy to Human Resources Generalist on our thriving Human Resources team! Jasmine has been a part of TAM for more than 1 ½ years. During that time Jasmine has been working on onboarding of new employees and offboarding of exiting employees but has now increased her areas of responsibilities to include aspects of both the Payroll and Recruiting processes. Jasmine is the main point of contact for background screening and results with the vendor TAM uses for pre-employment screenings. She also maintains the data integrity of Paycor, TAM’s human resource information system, by troubleshooting issues and making sure records are updated and accurate. Jasmine continues to increase her knowledge of the general principles of human resources, including the critical areas of compliance and legal requirements. This allows her to make valuable contributions to the work of the entire team. Jasmine continues to demonstrate her knowledge and enthusiasm for her work as well as the success of TAM Residential. We are pleased to announce that Michelle Turk has joined our team as the Director of Marketing. She is reporting directly to Aaron Cohen and will oversee all aspects of TAM and Property Marketing. Our goal is to get her in a position to take our marketing department to the next level by handling most of the marketing needs of our property and corporate teams. With nearly 20 years of diverse experience across all facets of the business, Michelle Turk is a seasoned professional in property marketing, brand and department development, digital analysis and forecasting, sales operations, and leadership. She holds a BBA in Marketing from Southern Methodist University and has a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic marketing campaigns. Before joining TAM Residential, Michelle led marketing strategies at BH Management, Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Pinnacle Property Management Services), and Peak Living. We are pleased to announce that Debbie Wheat, SPHR SHRM-SCP has joined TAM Residential as our new Payroll Manager! Debbie started with TAM on August 12, 2024, and brings a great history of work in payroll for the multi-family industry as well as several other industries. During her career, Debbie has earned senior certifications in both payroll and human resources and adds vast knowledge and experience in all areas of payroll processing. Through her collaborative and creative approach, she has developed processes, implemented systems and built strong relationships with managers and employees alike. Her latest work experience was with LL Roberts for more than 6 years. She has also served on the Board of Directors at the Heart of Texas Apartment Association in Waco and the Apartment Association of Central Texas in Bell County. Kim is passionate about team development and loves creating vibrant, thriving communities. She's all about building strong, positive relationships with clients, vendors, residents, and her team. With a commitment to excellence, Kim consistently goes above and beyond to exceed company goals and elevate the resident experience.
