In collaboration with Darrin York's group at Rutgers University, we've demonstrated how a novel enhanced sampling approach can significantly improve the precision of Relative Binding Free Energy (RBFE) calculations across a broad and diverse set of protein targets and small molecule binders. RBFE calculations are highly accurate digital potency assays that are routinely used in drug discovery campaigns, and our platform TandemViz makes it simple to run these calculations at scale. Learn more at www.tandemai.com.
