I'm excited to announce a new partnership between Tapped Ai and the University of Richmond! This collaboration will provide students with a unique opportunity to "shadow" 🖋 Johannes Naylor, myself, and our team immerse themselves in real-world consulting projects centered around innovation and design thinking. As part of this partnership, student groups will work as if they are employees of Tapped AI, focusing on understanding customer needs, identifying pain points, brainstorming creative solutions, prototyping ideas, and testing them with customers. This exploratory approach allows for a broad range of innovation, from new product/service development to process improvements and everything in between. We are excited to see how these future innovators will reimagine the ways Tapped AI can serve the music and tech communities better. This partnership will not only provide a fantastic learning experience for the students but also offer us invaluable insights that can drive meaningful changes within our business. Last week I had the opportunity to co work at the Chartmetric headquarters in New York City. It was great meeting their team and being able to see their behind the scenes process. In my opinion, they are some of the smartest people working in the music space. If you know anything about Tapped Ai or have been following our journey. Then you know that our goal has always been to build the “Chartmetric of live music.” 🖋 Johannes Naylor and I had both inquired to work here previously and wanted to model our company after theirs. Except, we want to be the go to platform for anything live music data. In order to get there, we have to first focus on launching our B2C product and build up to our B2B product for music professionals. A startup founder recently came and interned at our company and a couple weeks later stole our idea. They publicly launched a company that was very similar and when we found out our team was devastated. We really trusted this person, and we even had communicated that this was an issue. As they always say with competition, if the passion isn't truly there it doesn't matter if they copied your idea or not. If someone is only building something because they think it's a good opportunity then it won't last. And three months later, no updates, no product, no funding, and no announcements. There is nothing to be heard of their company, and they recently just shut down. Moral of the story is, don't sweat people stealing your idea. Chances are, if you have a good idea other people will probably take it. Just focus on tunnel vision and keep pushing. Tapped Ai

I recently created the first-ever "Creator Week" in New York City. You might be wondering, what is Creator Week? It’s a combination of: - Fashion Week - Tech Week - Comedy Week - Film Festival Week - Indie Week (Music Week) - Gaming Week - Art/Design Week Brought to you by Tapped Ai A lot of times, these events are very expensive or exclusive to attend. Fortunately, I am able to attend all these for free because of my media company, TCC Entertainment. I wondered, what if I could bring all those categories together in one week and make it accessible to everyone. Similar to how I am able to attend all these events and weeks with ease. SXSW is a company that does this in Austin, Texas, and they have been a catalyst for multiple companies, artists, and entrepreneurs to achieve massive growth. My goal is to bring that same feeling to New York. The beauty of "Creator Week" is that anyone can be a creator, not only musicians, comedians, tech founders, or filmmakers, but also doctors, lawyers, and construction workers. Hence the name Creator Week. I believe everyone is innately a creator, and we can all create a little bit more within our own workflow. It doesn’t need to be a painting; sometimes it can be a presentation at work that is viewed in a more artistic light. Or showcasing a house as a real estate agent in an unconventional way. In less than two weeks, I came up with the idea and brought seven people together to help host events. The result was eight events and over 900 tickets sold with a $0 budget. This was a beta to gauge interest, and the actual event will take place from September 15th to September 21st. This year, we are expecting 20+ events and 3,000+ tickets sold.
