TPS currently manages a real estate portfolio that consists of over 4,200 multi-family units, over 2.8 million SF of industrial and over 600,000 SF of retail projects all located in the Puget sound region. Charlize is currently a junior at Seattle Pacific University and will graduate next year with a bachelor’s degree in interior design. This summer, she’ll be working with our TPS team on various tasks including conducting site visits, completing installs, scanning in plans from the warehouse, and handling other exciting projects.
