Last week, we unveiled a bold new menu, and VP of Food & Beverage Michael Ferraro teamed up with a local photographer to capture the essence of our exciting new dishes. Abe & Louie’s has long been Boca Raton’s steakhouse gold standard, but we’re taking it to the next level with sophisticated twists on classics like the baked potato, escargot en croute, scallops Diane, and a show-stealing rack of lamb. Thank you to these Chroma Team Members for demonstrating what #BetterTogether truly means!
✨Love and Appreciation✨ Earlier this week we were able to treat some of our top “Chroma Superstars” to a one of a kind dining experience at the beautiful and award winning Nami, a great pride of Tavistock Restaurant Collection here in Lake Nona. These servers, who won a month long company and operation wide sales contest, also happen to be the ones who are routinely in our top in sales and outstanding guest reviews week after week. Being able to show this expression of gratitude for their hard work was very moving as well as incredibly bonding for them. At the end of the meal one of our team members looked up to me and shared “We hope you know that the way you love and appreciate us is not lost on any of us. It inspires us to really be the best version of ourselves everyday.” As a leader- how could you want anything more for the people you serve? A special thanks to all of my amazing colleagues over at Nami for continually showing Lake Nona, and myself, what it means to be a top quailty dining experience.
