In the aftermath of Hurricane Milton, we’re happy to report our Florida Divisions are open again. The team is still working to clean up signage, but otherwise our communities held up well in the storm—and have power again! A special shoutout to our team members who went above and beyond to support our Sarasota Division following Hurricane Milton. Our teams collected and delivered supplies to assist with cleanup, as well as other basic necessities, like water and paper towels. As the area continues to recover, we're sending all our love to those impacted by the storm. #ThisisTMLiving

For the second year in a row, our Charlotte Division was the proud sponsor of the Run for Green race presented by Davidson Lands Conservancy. This community event provides 5k, 10k and half marathon opportunities and the proceeds support local conservation efforts. Five of our team members participated in the half marathon, and the division set up a tent to promote our Parkside Commons townhome community located in Davidson, NC. Following Hurricane Helene's devastating reach, our team members showed up to support the western region of North Carolina—a mountainous area unaccustomed to intense flooding and winds—where the storm hit especially hard. Our Raleigh Division gathered donated supplies from the team and coordinated with volunteer vehicles to transport items up the mountain. The first delivery leaves tomorrow, with the second scheduled for next week. In Charlotte, the team is in the process of collecting supplies to support their neighbors in the west. They’re also redirecting their annual "Buy Your Way Out of Work" drive to support hurricane relief. We're proud to see our teams step up quickly in times of need. Their dedication to supporting others in the wake of disaster shows how they shape and maintain our community-oriented culture. Meet Taylor! She was rescued in one of our Jacksonville communities by Superintendent Derrick Borel. After tracking the original owner who could no longer keep her, our Construction Director, Scott Keuning, decided to give her a new home. His kids, who’d been asking to get a dog for a while, were very excited about their new family member. “I decided to name her Taylor since she was found at work. Taylor enjoys going for walks, taking naps, begging for people’s food, and snuggling on the couch,” said Scott. #ThisisTMLiving
