About us
TAYLOR SIEFKER WILLIAMS DESIGN GROUP is an urban design and planning firm located in Indianapolis, Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky. The company was founded in 2011 by Ron Taylor, Scott Siefker, and Amy Williams, three senior level landscape architects and planners from the HNTB Corporation. Ron was the former Director of Urban Design and Planning for HNTB’s Indianapolis and Louisville offices. Scott served as Director of Design for both offices, and Amy was a senior planner based out of the Louisville office. TAYLOR SIEFKER WILLIAMS DESIGN GROUP believe that quality design, strategic planning and bold vision are among the most long-lasting and powerful instruments of healthy, thriving communities. Our three principals bring 40 years of collective experience in crafting long-term planning solutions and meaningful public realm design. Our design process combines creativity with experience to produce innovative community planning, landscape architecture and design projects. By collaborating and integrating community feedback and ideas, the end result is not “our” plan or design, but one that is rooted in community ownership. TAYLOR SIEFKER WILLIAMS DESIGN GROUP is passionate about creating solid and creative planning and design solutions. As such, past projects which our principals have worked on have been honored with over 40 awards, recognizing achievement in design, community planning and environmental stewardship from numerous organizations.

We were honored to be recognized by the Indiana Greenways Foundation last week with their Outstanding Corporation award at their 2024 Annual Trails Celebration in Indianapolis. The award recognizes the firm’s long-term commitment to planning, designing, and programming community trail systems and our commitment to engaging the public in our planning processes. Presenters noted our work on the Indy Greenways Full Circle Master Plan and our ongoing work on the Monon South Trail in southern Indiana. Thanks to the Greenways Foundation—-we sincerely appreciate this recognition!!
