Sharing another employee spotlight!   Meet Jan Viliran—IT Manager at Taylor Valve Technology!   Jan is celebrating 15 years with Taylor Valve! He enjoys his contribution to Taylor’s Information and Security platforms. As an IT manager, he oversees the IT aspects of the company. His main duties include tech production uptime, working with product vendors, managing the life cycle of IT assets. He says Taylor is a great and safe workplace environment, TVT instills, empowers and encourages its employees. He enjoys spending good quality time with his family. Jan has been inspired by his father who was a highly principled, selfless, and morally embodied father. He taught me to be hardworking, dedicated and above all peaceful. He was born and raised in the Philippines. He considers himself quite the technology enthusiast. Meet a very special employee at Taylor Valve! Meet Dan Runyan—Our Welding and Fabricating Supervisor here at Taylor Valve Technology!   Dan is celebrating 30 years with Taylor Valve! Dan’s duties include top notch welding projects, metal and fabricating work and supervising a team of 4 other excellent welders making sure our products are of the highest quality. He says working at Taylor Valve has been incredible. It’s amazing how fast 30 years has flown by. Dan enjoys watching sporting events, gardening, fishing and time with his family. He says a person who has inspired him and made an impact on his life was Taylor Valve's founder Julian Taylor. “He had a brilliant mind and was one of the smartest person's I ever met.” Dan is originally from Anderson, Indiana.
