Chelan County PUD’s Service Center – Part 1 Chelan County PUD’s Service Center reached completion this year! Inspired by the confluence of the Columbia and Wenatchee Rivers, this project prioritizes transparency and community connection. Located on a 21-acre site, the 8-building Maintenance, Operation and Administration (MOA) campus provides operational efficiency for nearly 600 employees while reflecting the region's natural beauty. It is our fourth project with Chelan County PUD (CCPUD). We’re honored to be part of the positive impact these new facilities will have on both their staff and the surrounding community. This was a collaborative effort aimed at creating a sustainable future for generations to come. These photos focus on the Administration & Customer Service building (Building A), it acts as a campus frontispiece screening the more utilitarian Operations buildings to the south. The words “Owned by the People We Serve”, the philosophy by which CCPUD operates, have been placed on the façade facing Highway 285 to remind all who pass of CCPUD’s commitment to their customers.
