Teal recently added some new features for job seekers. 👀 My favorite? “No response” is now a status in our Job Tracker. In other words, you can now mark companies that ghosted. We also added: I Withdrew Not Selected (instead of Rejected) This particular update came in response to requests for more statuses. I found the Job Tracker super useful in organizing my own search when looking. So I'm pumped to see managing applications get even easier for folks. The last thing anyone wants to do is job search. And adding the burden of juggling applications to that is cruel and discouraging during an already stressful time. Selfishly, I'm also really interested in the data insights. Looking forward to checking out numbers at the end of the year to see what portion of job applications end with no response. I think the number might be surprising.
