I am passionate about helping nonprofits and causes … but I can’t attend every event. So I’ve created The Tackle Life Foundation Teammate Program. I’ll personally send you memorabilia from my personal collection valued at $1,000 or more for you to fundraise.
Purchase the package outright and keep all funds raised or receive on consignment and split proceeds with Tackle Life.
This is perfect for golf outings, charity events, and athletic programs.
Visit tacklelife.org/teammate to apply!

The first round is done, but our work isn’t. Like the teams, we’ve spent the last few months preparing for a successful draft and making sure it happens. Tomorrow, the RT6 team will be spending the day with Detroit legend Herman Moore at Skymint Hazel Park (12-4 p.m.).
We’ll be there to make sure the event goes smoothly and that everyone has a great time. The only thing more fun than thinking these things up is making them happen.

Herman Moore | My Mom is my First Fan
My Mom's My First Fan is a community event set to captivate Detroit during the NFL Draft season. Honoring the esteemed Football Moms of Metro-Detroit, this free event promises a heartwarming tribute to the unsung heroes behind the players' success. As Khary Frazier of Detroit is Different aptly states, "This is where Detroit’s Football Moms Get the Game from the Pro Moms.”
Scheduled for Sunday, April 21, 2024, from 2 pm to 6 pm, the venue is the historic Marygrove Conservancy located at 8425 McNichols Rd, Detroit, MI 48221.
At the heart of the event lies an impactful in-person forum designed to spotlight and celebrate the indispensable role mothers play in the lives of football players. The centerpiece of the occasion will be a riveting panel discussion featuring none other than the mothers of NFL players.
Partnering with the event is the PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL PLAYERS MOTHER ASSOCIATION, ensuring a lineup of esteemed panelists, including Tracie Robinson (Mother of Allen Robinson II), @Constance 'MaSpice Davis (Mother of Anthony 'Spice' Adams), Gladys 'Mama Bus' Bettis (Mother of Jerome Bettis), Gwendolyn Mia (Mother of Khalid Hill) and more illustrious names from the NFL.
Hosting the discussion will be none other than Rev. Dr. @Mayowa Lisa Reynolds, Associate Minister at Fellowship Chapel and Principal of DSA Detroit School of Arts, along with the comedic talents of Ingrid Walton "COCO", a staple of Detroit's morning radio for over two decades, gracing HBO’s Def Comedy Jam and BET’s Comic View, and serving as host at Detroit’s iconic Aretha Amphitheater. Welcoming attendees to the event will be the dynamic duo of Khary Frazier from Detroit is Different and Herman Moore, the legendary Detroit Lions Superstar and NFL Legend.
With over 80 Little League associations and 150 high school football programs scattered throughout Metro Detroit, the event warmly extends its invitation to all the proud mothers of these players.
Presented by Detroit is Different, in collaboration with Grand Valley State University Division of Enrollment and Educational Development, The Kresge Foundation, The Skillman Foundation, Team 84 LLC, Teen HYPE, and Visit Detroit, this innovative event shines a spotlight on the remarkable journeys of NFL Mothers through the power of storytelling.
Moreover, attendees will have access to a resource hub with mentorship tools, mental and physical health guides, scholarships, and much more. Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of a transformative experience. Register today on Eventbrite to secure your spot at this memorable event.

Would you be willing to set aside part of your business specifically for entrepreneurs from Detroit and the surrounding communities? I challenged those in attendance at a CEO Action For Racial Equity event last week to do exactly that.
I have a liquid manufacturing company with an educational component embedded into it. If our company can get entrepreneurs ready to do business and provide cleaning solutions, personal care products, and more, will you set aside a percentage of your contracts for those entrepreneurs?
Think about it.
It makes no difference to your company where it sources from, but it gives these entrepreneurs a chance to build their legacy and impact generations.
That's my vision. What's yours?
