We are a nonprofit with a mission to leverage technology to advance social impact
About us
OUR MISSION Tech Impact is a nonprofit whose mission is to ensure all nonprofits can use technology to better serve our world. We believe technology can do amazing things, which is why we have partnered with hundreds of nonprofits organizations around the world since 2003: to help each one realize the potential of technology to achieve their mission. WHAT WE DO We provide hands-on technology support to nonprofits. We are the place nonprofits can call to make sense of anything from large-scale technology projects, to simple technology maintenance. We maintain and deploy a comprehensive suite of products and services that focus solely on the needs of nonprofits. We are the nonprofit behind npCloud and VolunteerConnect. We also provide affordable expertise in strategic technology planning, project management, database and application development. ITWORKS Through ITWorks, we help young adults (18-26) move into a career in IT. This award winning 16-week program gives them the training, certifications, and experience they need to compete for entry level positions. Our graduates improve their income by over 100% and improve their potential for life. OUR GOAL At Tech Impact, we help communities realize the potential of technology to improve outcomes. If you have an idea about how we can help the nonprofit organizations you work with, or a young adult you care about, please reach out. We look forward to your call.

Will you be at the 2024 American Public Health Association conference in Minneapolis, MN later this month?!!? If so, you should make sure to stop by our two poster sessions! It was wonderful to work with some of my current and former colleagues at Tech Impact on this growing body of work! Sarthak Ahir Dharneeshkar Jayaprakash Carter English Kaitlin Canalichio. 1. Quantifying the bachelor’s to medical school education pipeline across the U.S. ✨What is it? A open-source methodology for estimating the transition from undergraduate to medical education. 💭Why care? We’ve linked this data back to high school enrollment, allowing for evidence driven workforce intervention design. 2. A chronic disease outcomes-based methodology to estimate primary care physician demand across the U.S. ✨What is it? An open-source population health based approach to quantifying the gap between disease burden and provider access. 💭Why care? We propose a modular and iterative framework to estimate physician pipeline training and recruitment needs (potential targeted programs) to meet future primary care physician demands based on population level burden. We look forward to growing these methods to include other healthcare providers! #Innovation #PopulationHealth #PublicHealth #WorkforceDevelopment #DataScience #OpenSource #APHA #IPEDS #AAMC #AACOMAS #NRMP #NPI #ACS #BRFSS #HealthWorkForce #Policy #Legislation #Recruitment #Retention

We're launching an app! Our team at Tech Impact believes that every person should have seamless access to the upskilling and training that they need to thrive. There isn't any *one* place to find all of the programs available, though. In partnership with the Delaware Workforce Development Board, we're launching the Delaware Career Mobility App. We're building a marketplace where workforce programs and community members can find each other - helping everyone in the community grow. We're hosting a press event this Thursday, 10/10 at the Warehouse thanks to our friends at The WRK Group. Interested in learning more? RSVP below to join us!

Spent this Saturday, representing Tech Impact and speaking to members of the community at the #DiscoverYourTradeCareerPath Event sponsored by the #WestLastVegasPublicLibrary and #DeltaSigmaThetaSorority. This weekend event gave me the opportunity to promote both the CX Works and IT Works Programs to community members who are looking for training and career opportunities in the Las Vegas area.

🚀 Our ITWorks cohorts have been busy learning, growing, and building connections through amazing partner-led sessions! In Philadelphia, we had an inspiring leadership workshop with Oracle featuring Edwin Montoute Jr., MSTM and Paul Marin, where our cohort members learned valuable lessons on leading with confidence and purpose. Meanwhile, in Las Vegas, Barclays Bank US hosted a dynamic Financial Football session with DeAndre Esteen, teaching money management skills through an interactive and engaging experience. Thanks for empowering and educating our future IT leaders! 💼💡
