We built our reputation providing support to the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) directorates, programs, and affiliated Program Executive Officers (PEO) and to the Office of Naval Research (ONR). TMB’s core capabilities include Program and Acquisition Management, Business Financial Management (BFM), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Technical and Engineering Support Services, Product Support Management, Cost Estimating, Product Support (ILS), and Earned Value Management.

As we enter National Hispanic Heritage Month, TMB is taking a moment to reflect on and celebrate the invaluable contributions of Hispanic Americans, especially within the US Navy. Their dedication, bravery, and expertise have significantly shaped our Navy’s legacy and continue to inspire us every day. As a partner with the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), TMB continues our time of remembrance today. On 9/16/13 an active shooter event happened in our customer spaces at the NAVSEA headquarters on the Washington Navy Yard. We remember the sorrow with all of those effected by the devastating event this month but also the opportunity that the event’s anniversary allows us to come together to remember, heal and become better.

A Navy ship does not operate at its best unless everyone from the most junior shipmate to the Captain are all pulling in the same direction by providing their best efforts and being respected for where their daily labor fits into the greater good of the ship. It's that sense of us all working together via our daily labor to support our customers and each of us at TMB, that we think about as we celebrate Labor Day in the traditional ways.
