Tech Ridge community highlight! Eric Najera is the Benefit Advocate Manager at Planstin Administration. As manager of the Benefit Advocate Team, he is responsible for ensuring the benefit advocates have all the information and resources needed to effectively support individuals with their benefits. Eric Najera perfectly embodies Planstin's value of "be the solution." He spends a significant amount of his time helping staff find the answers to their questions, passing information, and making sure that each team has what they need. Eric finds ways to be the solution, and also helps others find solutions they seek. Planstin Adminstration is a locally grown company that has committed to move to Tech Ridge! UPDATE REQUIRED We have a few exciting updates: 1) The Container Park is about a month from completion. It's been constructed in 3 phases, and the 3rd and final phase is coming along well! Great to see this project coming together, and will have an Open House date set in the next few months (we need to give people time to move in and get settled). 2) The Stairs continue to be a top priority. There will be approximately 350 continuous stairs (and additional platforms)! To put that into perspective, Greater Zion Stadium at Utah Tech University, has 60 continuous steps. Can't wait to see you running the Tech Ridge stairs! 3) The Trail System that will one day run the perimeter of Tech Ridge, is also coming along. Rails have been installed in sections for safety as the trail has been pushed right the edge. We want those that come to recreate on Tech Ridge to be able to see the incredible views of the city and area around! Tech Ridge community shoutout! Nick Lanners is a front-end software engineer specializing in React and Next.js. His current projects include Zonos Dashboard Shipping settings and Label creation flows. Nick was a popular middle school band teacher who chose to transition his career to tech and has been making beautiful music at Zonos ever since. Zonos is a 15-year-old tech startup with headquarters on Tech Ridge and a second office in Australia.
