🌟 Project Spotlight: Enhancing Building Performance at Five Rivers Medical Center 🌟 In 2022, Technical Assurance partnered with Heapy Engineering to deliver comprehensive Enhanced Building Enclosure Commissioning (BECx) services for the Five Rivers Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Our objective? Achieving LEED Gold Certification. Throughout the project, we conducted regular technical quality observations, focusing on critical construction elements of the building enclosure. Our site visits concentrated on: •Air and vapor barrier installations •Curtain wall and window installations •Roof system installations •Other project-specific systems impacting building performance The BECx process included rigorous testing standards, such as: •ASTM C1153: Roof Insulation Infrared Scanning •ASTM C1060: Building Insulation Infrared Scanning •AAMA 501.2: Water Hose Testing •ASTM D4541: Coatings Adhesion Testing We are proud to contribute to a project that prioritizes sustainability and high-performance building standards!
