    Hiring US HR!!!!! Looking for immediate Joiners Roles & Responsibilities: ·      On-Boarding/ Off- Boarding administration, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Organizational ·      Development, Client & vendor Management. ·      Handle entire onboarding and exit process/formalities for the US employees (W2/ 1099). ·      Strong communication skills both oral and written, includes writing emails to the new hires. ·      Generating offer letters and employee agreement as per the company internal policies. ·      Gathering the signed offer letter and employee agreement along with the documents required for on boarding. ·      Verifying and validating the documents and saving it in the local drives. ·      Conducting BGC’s and Drug Tests based on client requirements. ·      Work with I-9/ E-Verify and documenting them also uploading them in portal. ·      Collecting Direct Deposit & W4 Form from the onboarded candidates. ·      Handling C2C paperwork with Vendors- drafting MSAs & SOWs. ·      Handling Vendor Management activities like gathering the agreements, Purchase/work orders etc. ·      Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts. ·      Negotiating and managing external and internal contracting & agreements and net payment terms with sub- ·      vendors and clients. ·      Drafting, reviewing and negotiating amendments, NDA,1099 Agreement and clause. ·      Drafting providing and collecting of vendor letters and providing the end client letters for immigration ·      Providing supporting documents for C2C candidate and also collecting the documents. (W9, certificate of ·      insurance, I-9, Articles of incorporation, void Cheque. ·      Helping to fill the documents for the onboarding. ·      Drafting of MSA, NDA, SOW's,1099 agreement, consultant acknowledgement. ·      Follow up for the contracts, extended contracts, extended and revised ·      Working with clients for the contract's extensions ·      Have continuous communication with the candidates so that turnout at the scheduled interviews is maximized.
