Two great thoughts on this clip from Tom Welke regarding using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for hiring. Tom recently spoke with ALEX JARETT on the topic of "Hiring in the Age of AI." Don't let the computer do the thinking for you, and challenge your assumptions. I think this logic applies to ANY use of the computer, including and especially AI. AI is NOT 100%, and in the area of hiring, the access to AI is flooding the ATS systems with "perfect" resumes. Enjoy the clip.
