I'm happy to share that Techtonica is now taking on software engineering consulting work! Techtonica Consulting, an extension of Techtonica's mission to help women and non-binary adults with low incomes overcome barriers into tech careers, will provide software engineering solutions for clients and paid software consulting experience for Techtonica graduates under the supervision of seasoned software engineers. If you know of software engineering work that could be outsourced to an experienced software engineering team at a workforce development nonprofit, please be in touch. Some examples of work that could be a good fit include: web/mobile/game development, application maintenance, feature builds, automation, upgrades, API implementation, bug fixes, and testing.

One of our amazing Techtonica software engineering participants is a Black mom experiencing insecure housing, and that lack of stability is impacting her ability to successfully continue and graduate from the program.
