From the very beginning, TTI’s innovation and commitment to employee growth resonated with her, confirming that this was the right place to build her career. After graduating, Alex began her full-time career with TTI as an Early Talent Coordinator in May 2022. Her dedication to full-cycle recruiting, campus engagement, and program management showcased her ability to thrive in a dynamic setting and make an immediate impact. A year later, in May 2023, Alex was promoted to Recruitment Marketing Coordinator. Alex chose TTI for its industry-leading innovation and the products she’s known all her life, but she stays for the opportunities to grow and make a difference. She says, "There's a reason you join a company and a reason you stay. For me, TTI offers both—continuous growth and a chance to impact the organization." Group President of Sales, Training, Recruiting and Talent at Techtronic Industries

In the past two weeks, I had the opportunity to travel to our 2024 Q4 meetings in Chicago, New York, LA, and Orlando. Our teams put on four exceptional meetings to train our field sales team on all of our exciting new products hitting stores within the 1st half of 2025, and setting them up for success on how to dominate while selling in Q4. We also had the chance to celebrate with our Circle of Excellence award ceremonies. This award is given to the top 5% of our sales force, allowing us to recognize their outstanding achievements, hard work, and dedication. Nothing compares to the energy of gathering the team together to align on goals and strategies going into the rest of the year! We are just getting started.

September is Hunger Action Month, a nationwide campaign aimed at raising awareness about hunger in America and driving action to address this critical issue.   With over 47 million people in the U.S. facing hunger or lacking access to nutritious food, our TTI Florida Office took part by volunteering with Feeding South Florida, a regional food bank that supports 250 nonprofit partner agencies across the region. The TTI team was proud to help sort 7,700 pounds of food, providing 280 meals for those in need.   Together, we can continue to make a difference and work toward a future free of hunger.   #TTIVolunteer #HungerActionMonth #FeedingSouthFlorida
