Before you dive into comparing spray tips between old and new catalogs, here's crucial information. 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝! In the past, coarse (C) droplets were represented in blue, and very coarse (VC) droplets in green. However, with the newer ISO classification, the colors have been switched. Why the change? ISO's publication of the ISO 25358 standard in 2018 prompted updates to droplet size classifications. These changes aim to distribute boundaries more effectively and ensure accuracy in spray applications. Our latest catalog, aligned with ISO 25358 standards, reflects these advancements. Additionally, the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE) has adopted similar updates in their ASABE S572.3 standard, aligning with ISO's classifications. Make informed decisions by referencing our new catalog on page 196: https://lnkd.in/gkEW6bXZ 🔍 #TeeJetTechnologies #TeeJet #DropletSize #ISO25358 #ASABE #AgricultureInnovation

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐅𝐥𝐨® 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 Did you know the VisiFlo® System was developed by TeeJet® Technologies in 1985 and became the ISO 10625 standard in 2005? It was globally adopted by the agricultural spraying industry! VisiFlo® is a color-coded system for spray tips, where each color represents the tip’s nominal flow, represented in gallons per minute, at 40 PSI (2.8 bar). This system makes it easy to identify the right tip for your application, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all your spraying operations. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿! ❄️ As the season winds down, it's time to clean and maintain your sprayer for optimal performance next season. Don’t forget to: 1️⃣ Thoroughly clean your sprayer to remove any leftover water and chemicals - When water freezes, it expands, unlike most liquids. This can put enough pressure on sprayer parts to cause cracks in steel and plastic components like valves, pipes, nozzles, flow meters, and filters. 2️⃣ Inspect and replace old or non-functional parts to ensure your sprayer is in top shape for next season. 3️⃣ Check nozzles, hoses, and filters for wear or damage and replace as needed. 4️⃣ Add antifreeze to prevent any remaining water from freezing and causing damage. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻! #TeeJet #WinterizingTips #SprayerMaintenance #TeeJet #WinterPrep #ProtectYourEquipment #PrecisionFarming #AgTech #FarmMaintenance

💧 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐍𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭. Achieving consistent spray volume is key to precise applications and better crop protection.TeeJet® Technologies produces high-quality spray tips that are manufactured to exact standards, ensuring consistent nominal flow rates every time. With precision engineering, these tips guarantee reliable performance for efficient spraying and optimal crop protection. The nominal flow rate is the amount of liquid sprayed per minute at 40 PSI (2.8 bar) with water at 69.8ºF (21ºC). It’s printed on the spray tip and measured in Gallons per Minute (GPM) – with 1 GPM equaling 3.785 liters per minute! Over time, spray tips can wear out, compromising the nominal flow rate. That’s why it’s important to check the flow rate of your spray tips at the start of each season to ensure optimal performance. #TeeJetTechnologies #TeeJet #PrecisionFarming #SprayTips #NominalFlowRate #EfficientSpraying #AgTech #CropProtection #Farming

𝐋𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐞𝐉𝐞𝐭® 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐍𝐨𝐳𝐳𝐥𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞! Spray tips are identified by a unique part number that gives you vital information about their performance. Here’s how to understand them: 🔍Tip Type: This indicates the name of the tip. 📐 Spray Angle: Look for the first two to three numbers, typically 80° or 110°. 💧Flow Rate: The next two to four numbers represent the flow rate in GPM at 40 PSI with water (e.g., 015, 02, or 03). 🌧 VisiFlo®/ISO Code: If you see the letter “V,” the tip follows the VisiFlo®/ISO color coding system. 🔧 Material: The final letter denotes the material (P = polymer, K = ceramic, S = stainless steel). Understanding these codes helps ensure you're using the right tip for your application, optimizing precision and performance. #TeeJetTechnologies #TeeJet #SprayTips #PrecisionFarming #AgricultureInnovation
