Our mission: to prevent teen suicide in AZ through enhancing resiliency in youth & fostering supportive communities.
About us
Teen Lifeline envisions a world where all youth possess a sense of connectedness and hope for their future. Towards this vision, our mission is to prevent teen suicide in Arizona through enhancing resiliency in youth and fostering supportive communities. The agency was established in 1986 to impact the devastating problem of teen suicide through a free, confidential, peer-supported hotline and life skills development that empowers Arizona's youth to reach their full potential. The core of Teen Lifeline is its Peer Counseling Hotline which provides troubled youth throughout Arizona the opportunity to access immediate help from a Peer Counselor 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

We’ve got a triple #anniversary on our board of directors this week, and it’s all officers: President Drew Davis, Ed.D., Vice President James Lloyd, and Secretary Meghan Beattie Vicchio!🎉 With Drew bringing the know-how of a school Principal-turned-Director at Paradise Valley Unified School District, Jim the financial skill of a Head at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Meghan the people skills of a Director at Yelp, the trio is a well-rounded powerhouse leading our board. We’re blessed to have their talent behind our suicide prevention work! Happy anniversary Drew, Jim, and Meghan! Here’s to another great year together🥂❤️
