To summarize some highlights: 🔹 Ad Spend trends from key categories: - Home & Kitchen: +13% - Beauty & Personal Care: +19% - Electronics: +34% - Health & Household: -42% - Clothing, Shoes & Accessories: +22% 🔹 Initial Ad Sales readouts show that category winners include: - Beauty & Personal Care: +35% - Baby Products: +38% - Patio, Lawn & Garden: +65% 🔹 CPCs: Overall cost per click was up 6% YoY, and up 19% to the 10 days leading into Prime Days We have more data to come for a full recap of Prime Day 2024.     🚀 In H1 2024, Walmart CPCs surged 24% YoY, and Amazon CPCs rose 17%. Despite the steep increase, the value per click also grew—10% on Walmart and 12% on Amazon. 📈 This uptick means that either conversion rates or average order values are climbing. So, while higher CPCs might seem alarming, they come with increased value. However, the increase in CPCs outpaces the sales per click growth, indicating a slight decline in efficiency as brands are paying a premium. Understanding these trends is crucial for adjusting your ad strategies effectively.
