You will collaborate closely with our sales team to understand client requirements, identify suitable candidates, and effectively submit profiles to prospective clients Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales team members to understand client requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly. Experience working on VMS and W2 recruiting Qualifications: Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter within the IT staffing industry (1-4 years). Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence candidates. Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (preferred).
