#MeetTheTeamTuesday: Meet Shelby! Shelby Elpers is Tell-Tale TV’s Weekday News Editor and has been with the site since 2019. Her recent coverage includes Superman & Lois, NCIS: Sydney, Wild Cards, and Animal Control. In addition to Tell-Tale TV, Shelby is a Senior Writer and Sports Entertainment Editor at Fangirlish, and she has also contributed to Comic Book Resources and Basic Stuff Magazine. For Meet the Team Tuesday, Shelby is answering a few questions about her writing and her love of television: Name a TV cancellation that broke your heart. It's hard to pick only one because so many -- too many -- great shows have been canceled recently. But I'd be lying if I didn't pick My Lady Jane. I haven't stopped thinking about that show since I watched it, and I haven't stopped thinking about how it deserved more than one season since it got canceled. It was the original, fun, romantic TV I want to see more of these days, and I wish it had at least another season. Name a TV series you've seen every episode of more than once. Bridgerton. I throw that show on in the background while I write. I watch it when I want to watch something with a happy ending. I love it. I never get tired of it. What's your go-to comfort TV show? New Girl. I can pick any episode in any season and instantly feel better. It makes me cry happy tears or laugh until I cry happy tears. It never lets me down.
