For those who couldn't make it, here are some 🗝 takeaways: 1️⃣ The MP JV program isn't for the impatient - it takes an average of 105 days to get an agreement approved by the SBA! ⏳ 2️⃣ If prime/sub relationships are like dating, Mentor Protege is definitely putting a ring on it! 💍. Before racing into MP JV, try working together FIRST ☝. 3️⃣ Cold feet? You've got a 30-day window to back out of a newly formed MP JV. Use those first 30 days wisely! 🏃♂️ 4️⃣ Heads up: SBA is contemplating changes to regulations on JVs bidding for GWAC/MAC/IDIQ/BPAs.
