About us

Tender Touch Therapy employs Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists to provide services for pediatric and young adult patients in Southeastern Wisconsin. Our therapists work with clients and their families to provide individualized, or group, therapeutic programming which will enhance, challenge, and encourage patients to increase their independence and improve their lifelong wellness. As a comprehensive team, we implement creative and effective treatment strategies in order to maximize functional independence and achieve patient-specific goals.

  • Help us give a warm welcome to the newest addition to our team, Kate! 👋👋👋 ⭐ Kate joined our team as a Physical Therapist in October 2024. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Carroll University and has been working with children since high school, first as a youth swim coach, then a summer camp counselor, and later as a childcare teacher. ⭐ She is most looking forward to working with a wide range of people, from patients and families to her new colleagues, and is excited to learn from everyone. ⭐ In her free time, Kate enjoys running, biking, painting, embroidery, crocheting, and making crafts with her Cricut. She also loves exploring local coffee shops and trying new coffees. ⭐ Kate became interested in physical therapy after her own childhood injuries, and found her passion in pediatric PT during her studies, loving how rewarding it is. ⭐ She is from South Milwaukee, and her favorite snack is flavor-blasted cheddar Goldfish.

She holds a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. ⭐ She is most looking forward to building relationships with young clients and their families, and being a part of their continual progress. ⭐ In her free time, Kasey enjoys traveling, listening to music, taking walks with her dog, and cooking. ⭐ She loves this career because it is dedicated to lifelong learning and continuously expanding her skills to provide the best care for her clients. ⭐ Kasey is from Milwaukee, WI, and her favorite snack is frozen grapes.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy, with one year of experience in the pediatric field. ⭐ She is most looking forward to the multi-disciplinary approach and community environment, as well as learning more about different patient populations and treatment approaches. ⭐ In her free time, she enjoys knitting, crocheting, reading, playing sports, and spending time with her husband. ⭐ She became an OT because she wanted to help people and appreciates the emphasis OT places on independence and a holistic approach to healthcare. She loves working with kids! ⭐ Nicole is from St. Paul, MN, and her favorite foods are wings and sweet potato fries.
