Job description Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Needed in Santa Maria, CA Are you a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who wants to make a true difference in someone's life? The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will be a behavioral health navigator and connect students to community-based services. The LCSW’s main responsibilities will include resource development; conducting individual and family assessments; connecting students, families, and staff with appropriate social emotional, and behavioral supports; facilitating education groups for students, parents, guardians, and school staff. Benefits Salary: $59/hr+ -- based on experience Full-time, 5 days per week Responsibilities/ Essential Function The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will coordinate social-emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial community services under the general direction of the assigned supervisor. The LCSW’s main responsibilities will include resource development; conducting individual and family assessments; connecting students, families, and staff with appropriate social emotional, and behavioral supports; facilitating education groups for students, parents, guardians, and school staff. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Successful candidates must meet the following requirements: Possession of a current and valid State of California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker must be in good standing. Master’s Degree Experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in a school environment is preferred. Current California Driver’s License Proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, Pre-placement TB Test, Pre-placement Physical Examination, and Current CPR. Proof of eligibility to work in the US and must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Successfully pass annual competency checks Must approve the request for background and criminal record checks and must be prepared to participate in the drug testing process.
