Yesterday, we were privileged to host Dr. Tomikia LeGrande, Ed.D., president of Prairie View A&M University, for an impactful session on Shattering the Glass Ceiling at our Women of TEEX Speaker Series. Dr. LeGrande's personal and professional journey resonated deeply with the audience as she welcomed open discussions about how life experiences and a tight strategy can shatter glass ceilings in business. Key Takeaways Included: ✨ Authenticity – If you embrace your background, understand who you are, and know where you're going, you'll go far. ✨ Strategy – A solid plan will bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. That's the bones of any strategy. ✨ Presentation - From your words to your wardrobe, the way you present yourself and represent others matters. A special thank you goes to Dr. LeGrande for her engaging presentation that inspired the Women of TEEX to shatter ceilings authentically and strategically with presentation in mind. We are fortunate to have her as a leader within the Texas A&M University System. #TEEX #TEEXTrained #WomenOfTEEX #TAMU #TAMUSystem #PublicSpeaker #PVAMU
