Congratulations to Rujvi Doppalapudi on completing her internship at the State Auditor's Office as a Data Analyst Intern! Rujvi is returning to The University of Texas at Dallas this fall where she expects to graduate with a BA in Data Science in May 2025. On Tuesday State Auditor Lisa Collier moderated a panel at the 2024 NASACT Annual Conference. Ms. Collier facilitated a lively conversation between panelists Gerry Boaz, Bryn Harari, Ph.D., Robert Jaros, and Doug Ringler regarding the intersection of recruitment, retention, leadership development, and change management in the financial sector. The ideas and feedback shared by these leaders gave attendees important strategies to assist in navigating these interconnected issues and will help to develop a new generation of leaders in the financial sector.
