Rule #1: treat your rental as a business! That means: ⭐ Separate email ⭐ Domain name ⭐ Separate bank accounts! We use Relay for an easy, online setup with no minimum balance requirements! When it comes to creating a separate email specifically for your STR business, we recommend a free Gmail account, a Gmail alias, or a professional email with a custom domain for increased professionalism "But besties, do I really need a domain name?" We say YES! Having a domain and a website (even just a single landing page) enhances professional appearance, it's affordable (around $20/year) and can be linked to email and has potential to grow into a bigger website. 💡pro-tip: Check availability of domain name on social media platforms for cohesive branding Remember, setting up a professional framework now can facilitate future expansion and additional property listings.
