Headed to #Paris for the #Olympics? Here's everything you need to know 👇 The Paris Olympics are scheduled from July 26 to August 11, 2024. There will be 33 sports in total, with new sports such as breakdancing and surfing making their debut. Paris has hosted the Olympics twice before, in 1900 and 1924, and is set to make history again with new venues like the Grand Paris Express and the Aquatics Center. 🚇 Transportation Public transportation is the best way to get around Paris during the games. The city's metro system has 16 lines and over 300 stations, but some major stations will be closed, including the Concorde, Tuileries, and Champs-Elysées-Clemenceau. 🎟 Tickets Tickets are available for purchase on the Olympics website on a first-come, first-served basis. The Olympic Committee also offers travel packages that include tickets and travel arrangements, ranging from a one-night stay at a 3-star hotel and one event to six nights at a 5-star hotel and access to six events. 🏨 Where to stay in Paris Consider Seine-Saint-Denis for its proximity to the Olympic Village. Central Paris districts like the 1st or 4th offer sightseeing and easy access to the games.
