Talk about a boss who knows how to make their team feel appreciated! 👏😊 Seriously though, gestures like these remind us why we love working here. Knowing that our hard work doesn't go unnoticed is such a motivation booster. Not only did we receive this inspiring message, but our US team received DoorDash gift cards and our Cebu team enjoyed a delicious luncheon with Andrew! Let's raise a glass to our incredible team and the amazing leadership that keeps us inspired and valued. 🥂 Keep being awesome, everyone!

Here’s a glimpse of our team during our virtual game night for Black History Month! We were divided into six squads, tackling brain teasers and cultural puzzles. The best part was that each point scored by a team was converted into a meal that we donated to children in South Sudan. So we had our thinking caps on and made sure we all scored high! It was fun, educational, and impactful! 💪 #360Cares #BlackHistoryMonth

There is no other way for technology to go but forward, and that means a higher need for people who can keep up with that shift. In the coming years, with the majority of the world shifting to digitalization, there will be a greater need for IT products and services. You’ll see companies clamoring for people who are great at cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software development. And there will come a day when there will be a major shortage of people who can properly do the job. 🌐 Is your company ready for that? 🌐 Is your team equipped with enough people who can do the job? 🌐 Are they the right ones that you want by your side as you continue to develop?

Engineers understand the importance of having access to specialized equipment and tools that can only be found in the traditional office or lab setting. However, the beauty of a hybrid work week cannot be ignored. The autonomy of independent work and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues is invaluable. It's like having the best of both worlds—engineers can benefit from the resources found in the office setting while also engaging in individual tasks remotely. Of course, there may be some drawbacks, but with intentional policies and procedures that promote effective communication and teamwork, they can be easily addressed. So, let's hear your thoughts. Are you in favor of a hybrid work week or do you prefer the traditional office setting? Let us know in the comments!

As the tech industry hurtles into an era of automation, it's only natural to wonder about its implications for software engineers. But, instead of viewing it as a threat, here's how automation can be a catalyst for transformation 👇 By automating routine and repetitive tasks, engineers can free up their time to focus on more complex, higher-level challenges that machines can't tackle. This shift allows them to engage in creative problem-solving, innovate new solutions, and push the boundaries of what's technologically possible. From streamlining workflows to enhancing productivity, software engineers could actually thrive in this evolving landscape. So, the question isn't whether automation will redefine software engineering—it's already happening. 📌 The real question is: Will you view automation as a threat, or will you seize it as an opportunity to transform your skills, your role, and perhaps even the industry at large?

Effective communication is a superpower. Not only does this highlight your technical prowess, but it also demonstrates your ability to bridge gaps and collaborate seamlessly with team members. Here are some strategies to consider: 1️⃣ Break It Down: Start by understanding the complexity of the topic and then dissect it into manageable components. 2️⃣ Use Analogies: Relate tech concepts to everyday examples. 3️⃣ Storytelling Technique: Share a relevant experience or past wins to engage your interviewer. 4️⃣ Encourage Questions: Foster an interactive discussion by inviting questions. By employing these techniques, you not only showcase your technical acumen but also demonstrate your ability to foster understanding within a team. Remember, it's not just about technical prowess; it's about being a valuable and collaborative member of the organization you're looking to join.
