What makes The Agency Side unique? It's simple, the people that choose to be involved. We're made up of industry leading agency executives with unrivaled knowledge, experiences, and insights on how to effectively run an agency business. Success can come from knowing how to avoid, or how to get through, all the challenges agencies. Both expected and unforeseen. Most leaders learn these hard lessons from their own success and failures, but our members look to bridge that gap by opening up about their experiences through honest discussions to help our greater agency community. At our last event, our discussion focused on "How To Have Hard Conversations With Our Staff, Business Partners, and Clients", which our panelists shared deep insight into divesting partnerships, employee performance accountability, how to break things off with your largest revenue client, and so much more invaluable information. Thank you to our members for showing up, being vulnerable, and committing to help one another. We appreciate you all and will see you at the next one!

What happens when you ask agency executives to get together, be candid, and discuss how we can all help each other? Turns out, something really amazing. At our last event we brought these leaders together to discuss how we all have to face the hard conversations required to run an agency business. Among many other things, we learned about how important it is to hold both ourselves and our leadership teams accountable, how critical it is to have proper process and documentation in place, and how this can help us to get ahead of having some of these hard conversations. A huge thank you goes out to our amazing panelist of speakers that we heard from, Nikki Raffenetti, Dayna Gilchrist, and Jeff McPherson, along with the best moderator around, Will Powley. Additionally, we couldn't have pulled this off without the generosity of our hosts, Tim Messina and Ian Messina, who allowed us to explore their amazing space at Studio Lab 📍🎥 Lastly and definitely not least, thank you to the wildly talented Colby Todisco for helping to capture this evening for us 📸 Are you someone that might be interested in learning what's going on with The Agency Side? If so, connect with Peter DiGeronimo for more information.
