Pricing your home matters! I use a repeatable process when I am pricing homes because I don't want to miss any steps. I first complete the Seller lead sheet and gather information about you and your home. Real estate agents if you’d like to make a copy of this comment, “ lead sheet,” I’ll send one to you. Once I know about you and your house. I go to work researching and gathering data. When I come to your house, that’s when the work begins. I need to see the current condition of your home to price it correctly. When we sit down together to talk about pricing, I will bring you a net sheet. It will show you your estimated check at closing based on a price that we decide together with the data and expertise I provide. This is when you will know the answer to your question! How a seller could leave their home for the next buyers when you sold your house how did you leave it for the buyers? when you were the buyer how was the house left for you? Did it matter to you? Was the house clean? Did you have to empty someone else’s junk? Buying and selling a home is a big deal for both parties. As a seller, there are a lot of moving parts and sometimes it’s hard to even get out on time. As a buyer, you are very excited to get a new home. And sometimes it’s disappointing the way a seller leaves the house.
