The Alliance is comprised of leading Asian American litigation partners and allies at over 90 large law firms located in every major metropolis in the country as well as a group of supporting General Counsel of Fortune 1000 companies. It is a registered not-for-profit entity managed by its five founding members who also comprise the Board of Directors.
